Our lamb roasting joints come from British, Devon-raised lambs that are purely 100% grass-fed and slow-grown to natural maturity. We hang the meat for 3 weeks in a temperature controlled room to tenderise it and give it a fuller, richer flavour. Our lamb joints are truly succulent with a distinctive tenderness that are the key attributes for a memorable Sunday roast.
