Our Properly Free Range Goose is simply divine, with a rich flavoursome meat that melts in your mouth. We slow grow our Geese on our Devon farm only ever feeding them a purely natural diet with plenty of forage. Once they have reached natural maturity they are dry plucked by hand and we mature the meat by hanging it for 12 days. Our Geese are a seasonal treat, we rear them especially for the Christmas season. Look out for them from the beginning of December until the end of January.
