Our Properly Free Range Goose is simply divine, with a rich flavoursome meat that melts in your mouth. We slow grow our geese slowly so they develop a real texture and deep flavour. We only ever feed them a diet of simple cereals with plenty of forage mixed in so they develop they wonderfully vibrant coloured skin. Once they have reached natural maturity they are dry plucked by hand and hung uneviscerated for 12 days. Our Geese are a seasonal treat, we rear them especially for the Christmas. Order them as early as you like so you don't miss out, delivery will be made during Christmas week.
