Free Range Duck

Our Properly Free Range Ducks make a wonderful meal. Our Ducks are slow grown, dry plucked by hand and hung for 12 days to create a wonderful flavour. Beautifully rich with flavoursome fat one of our most favourite meals to cook is a traditional confit duck leg.

  • We recommend 3 portions per kg. All our free range poultry is naturally reared. Weights are not absolutely precise.
