Office Manager - Permanent Role - Full Time


Negotiable, depending on experience

Working hours

8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

The role

You will be a key part of our sales and marketing team. Responsible for daily administration, fielding phone calls from our retail customers, order processing and data collection. You will be required to liaise with our finance, sales, dispatch and marketing teams - you will be the central cog in our business.


Overseeing and delivering excellent customer service, including all email telephone and online support.

Taking orders from our retail customers (and some wholesale customers).

Liaising with our dispatch team to ensure that all customer needs are met.

Management of the office and its day to day operation.

Supporting the sales and marketing teams where required.

What we're looking for

An interest in food with a good understanding of local produce.

Excellent computer skills, experience with Excel, order processing software, sage (preferable, but not essential), CMS systems.

You will have an excellent eye for detail and be meticulous in your nature.

Enjoy talking to customers and delivering excellent personal service.

Able to maintain a high level of motivation and team spirit across all departments.

Set a professional example, be timely, motivated and flexible.

Be a good communicator.

You will be resourceful and able to work as part of a team or on your own.

You will enjoy the countryside, as our offices are surrounded by stunning Devon scenery.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
