Our Cooked Hams are available at during December, and at Easter each year. Throughout the rest of the year, our Raw Gammons are available, both Smoked & Unsmoked. Our award winning Saddleback Ham is brined for a week to develop a wonderful flavour. We then air dry it for a further week. Lastly, we cook them long and slow, so it is perfect for you to slice and eat.
