The Picanha Rump or also known as the 'rump cap' or 'fat on rump' is incredibly popular in Brazil where it is known a requirement for all BBQ's. It makes a wonderful roasting joint due to its amazing marbling and layer of fat running over the top.
The fat has a stunning beefy flavour thanks to our method of slow growing and only ever feeding grass.
