Our award-winning steaks are produced from 100% grass-fed Red Ruby beef that live happy lives in our Devon pastures. All our steaks are hung on the bone for 4 weeks and then meticulously trimmed, by hand, by our expert butchers. The result is an exceptional depth of flavour, stunning marbling and an amazingly beefy taste that's so different from the steaks you find in supermarkets.
