Our lamb roasting joints come from British, Devon-raised lambs that are purely 100% grass-fed and slow-grown so they reach maturity, naturally. We hang the carcass on the bone for 3 weeks in a temperature controlled room to tenderise the meat and give it a fuller, richer flavour. Our lamb joints are truly succulent with a distinctive tenderness that are the key attributes for a memorable Sunday roast.
