PURELY GRASS-FED LAMB FOR SLOW COOKING

Our lambs are 100% grass-fed. We grow them slowly so they reach maturity naturally. We hang the meat on the bone to tenderise it and intensify its flavour. Because our lamb meat has such a wonderfully deep flavour and tenderness, it makes it the perfect ingredient for making slow-roasted melting stews, casseroles or even a curry. We'd really recommend that you slow cook our lamb shanks until the meat falls off the bone!
