We never like to let anything go to waste here at Pipers Farm - chicken giblets, pig's trotters, ox tongue or even chicken feet. We love to utilise the whole carcass and create a large range of tasty ingredients for you to experiment with, especially nowadays when ‘nose to tail eating’ is becoming fashionable. So why not step outside the box and try something different, like our awesome Butcher's butter (just on toast, it's divine), or use Saddleback Pork Lardo to crisp up your roast potatoes and vegetables instead of using goose fat...?
