Our herd of fallow deer are raised in the stunning grounds of some of Devon's most historic estates. Our venison is simply sensational to eat because our deer to grow slowly so they reach maturity at a natural rate. Their diet consists of ancient parkland grass, and nothing else. All our Parkland venison is hung on the bone for 12 days so it develops an intense flavour. It's no wonder our saddle fillet of venison was awarded Gold at the Great Taste Awards.
