Our extra thick Grass Fed Beef Sirlon Steak provides all quality that makes our sirloin steaks so popular. Rich fat that caramelises with a thick piece of 'beefy' meat alongside. 

Our sharing sirloin steak is really something special. The perfect balance of meat and buttery fat, this steak is wonderful for a couple or perhaps for one if you're really hungry!

This classic Grass Fed Beef Sirloin Steak is well-marbled and tender with a fantastic rounded beef flavour. 

Each steak weighs approximately 600g and is perfect for two!

100% Grass Fed Beef

Bring the steak to room temperature and dry all over with kitchen towel. Season lightly with sea salt and pepper.

Take a hot castiron pan and without adding any oil place the steak fat side down in the centre of the pan. Cook on this side until more of the back fat has melted and is a good brown colour. 

Lay it on its side and cook for 2-3 minutes. After this, turn over onto other side for another 2-3 minutes. 

At this point the steak should be wonderfully seared. Reduce the heat down a bit and keep on turning the steak every 2 minutes for around 15 minutes. 

It will take around 15 mins to get to a core temperature of 40°c. After this the steak should feel slightly springy when pressed. 

Remove and cover loosely with foil to rest for around 15 minutes at room temp. 

Slice and serve with a good red wine for a wonderful feast.

We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
