Organic Classic Farm Style Sauerkraut is how it all started. For PAMA Ferments, it takes them back to their childhood when they used to have a wooden barrel of Sauerkraut in the cellar. This classic Sauerkraut is wonderfully tasty, sharp and crisp in just the way sauerkraut should be. 

Fast forward a good few years and their range of Krauts are some of the best out there. Naturally fermented in the brine created from the juice of the vegetable and natural salt, this is slow grown that supports your gut and your tastebuds. 

No vinegar, water or heat is added to their unpasteurised Kraut. It supports your gut microbiome with beneficial bacteria which helps our gut to maintain a healthy population of good bacteria (gut flora). It helps us to extract more nutrients from the food we eat. Traditionally fermented for 5 weeks, this is kraut made the way kraut should be.

Must be kept refrigerated. In the event of a white film appearing (which are harmless yeasts) due to air, merely skim off. Liquid may overflow due to ongoing fermentation. Once opened consume within 10-14 days.

The way that Pama Ferments creates such delicious good-for-you krauts is through their wild fermentation. They mix their vegetables with just the right amount of salt and pack them tight into barrels. Not only this, their salt is not just any old regular salt but exceptionally high quality Luisenhaller salt that is guaranteed to be micro-plastic free, unrefined and additive free. 

Their Krauts are fermented for at least 4 weeks, observing traditional methods, and is monitored daily to produce high-quality gourmet sauerkraut and pickles. Not only this, all vegetables are sourced form biodynamic and organic farms. Winners all the way around.
