Our Char Sui Pork Burger is a family favourite, packed full of flavour. An equally mouthwatering and eye-catching burger, it is the perfect burger for the more adventurous on the BBQ.
Made with our Native Breed pork, gluten-free oats, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Our classic sausage meat is then carefully balanced with our delicious Char Sui mix.
Bake in the oven or sizzle on the hot coals of the barbecue.
Just like all our burgers, our Char Sui Pork Burgers do not contain any preservatives, chemicals, or anything artificial and are completely gluten-free.
Free Range Pork, Free Range Pork Fat, Honey, Hoisin Sauce, Sesame Oil (SESAME), Ginger, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Beetroot Powder, Scotch Bonnets Chilli, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Cannon, Star Anise, Cloves, Fennel Seeds, Ginger, Saffron, Peppercorns, Gluten Free Oats (GLUTEN), Salt, Black Pepper.
For best results, defrost the burgers.
Take a castiron pan and place over a medium heat.
Add a little Ghee or dripping to the pan.
Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.
Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
Sizzle on the BBQ. Cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.
