It's great to liven up any meal or simply enjoyed straight from the jar. Perfect with tapas, or sat atop a jacket potato for a savoury boost of flavour.

Our krauts are naturally fermented in the brine created from the juice of the vegetable and natural salt. No vinegar, water or heat is added and it is traditionally fermented in barrels for at least 5 weeks. 


Must be kept refrigerated. In the event of a white film appearing (which are harmless yeasts) due to air, merely skim off. Liquid may overflow due to ongoing fermentation. Once opened consume within 10-14 days.
