    The Cheese Board Box Includes: 

    Cropwell Bishop Blue Stilton - 200g 

     Rich, creamy and resplendent with a vibrant blue. The classic stilton should never be far away from any cheese box and this traditional, hand-ladled Blue Stilton is the perfect fit for your cheeseboard puzzle. 

    Pitchfork - 200g

    A genuine British cheese superstar, Pitchfork cheddar is a full-bodied cheese with a glorious undertone of tropical fruit, this cheese is named after the pitchforks that are used to toss the curds in the salt just after milling and before packing into the moulds. It has also joined the prestigious Slow Food Presidium, which aims to protect traditional foods that are at risk of extinction.

    Baron Bigod - 250g

    This is a truly exceptional cheese; made with raw milk from Jonny and Dulce's herd of Montbeliarde cows. It is the only traditional raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese produced in the UK. In fact, even the French would be jealous, as this cheese is one of only a handful of its type in the world to be made by the farmer on the farm and can genuinely be called a true farmhouse Brie.

    Tunworth - 250g 

    This Camembert-style cheese needs no introduction. A genuine British cheese superstar, Tunworth can hold its own against anything France has to offer.

    Tor - 250g 

    A visually stunning cheese, with its distinctive truncated pyramid shape and ash dusted rind. Tor is made by Somerset's famous White Lake Dairy.

    Eve - 140g

    Wrapped in a vine leaf, White Lake Cheese's Eve takes its inspiration from the south of France – namely Provence's Banon.

    Bix - 100g

    Beneath the white wrinkly rind is a dense, ultra-creamy interior with a moreish lactic tang. It’s wonderfully dense and rich, and has a mouthfeel not unlike butter. With an earthy aroma on the nose, at first you’ll detect hints of yoghurt and grassy sweetness on the palate, which then unfurl into toasty notes.

    Fiona Beckett, renowned food and drink matcher, recommends the Gran Cerdo 2019 13.5%, what she calls a "lip-smacking Spanish red".

OUR MISSION

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
