  • Happy Butter Organic Grassfed Ghee is a delicious cooking oil that can be used in high-temperature cooking or as a butter replacement for those sensitive to dairy. Contains almost no Lactose or Casein. Use for frying baking spreading or in Bulletproof Coffee.

Happy Butter is a small Devon based artisan company making soil association certified organic ghee from UK organic butter.

The ghee is made in a traditional way in small batches to ensure quality and taste. Rupert and Kate started making the ghee at home to use for cooking for health reasons. Rupert was searching for food that could improve Kate's Thyroid health and had read that using vegetable and nut oils in high-temperature cooking could become harmful to health and started making ghee to replace them with.

This quality and taste has been appreciated by the judges at Great Taste Awards, who awarded Happy Butter two stars for their Organic Ghee.

Café de Paris Hollandaise with Rib-Eye Steak & Spring Veg

Ghee is perfect for making hollandaise sauce, as it is essentially meticulously clarified butter. This version has the key ingredients of a classic Café de Paris butter added, but also a long, bizarre and seemingly scattershot list of ingredients, including a dab of curry powder that gives a nod back to the ghee.
