Fantastically tasty and so quick to cook, in fact, sandwich steaks are traditionally called 'minute steak' as they only need a minute flashed in a pan.
We love our sandwich steak served in a warm buttery roll with a dollop or our red onion marmalade. Simple, good ingredients.
Take a cast iron griddle pan and heat until it is smoking hot.
Oil the sandwich steak and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Place the steak down on the grill, leave it there for 30 seconds then flip and cook on the other side.
Slice and serve.
When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
