  • We make our Native Breed Pork Burgers just like you would at home, only using whole natural ingredients, with no nasty preservatives or anything artificial.

    We combine our stunning native breed pork mince with fresh rosemary, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and gluten-free oats to make a properly meaty burger with a delicious flavour. You won't find anything artificial in our handmade, all natural Pork Burgers.

    Our Native Breed pork burgers can be cooked from frozen, making them totally hassle free. 

    Delicious sizzled on the BBQ, baked in the oven or pan fried. 

    Our pork burgers are made with gluten-free oats and are Gluten Free. 

  • Free Range Pork, Free Range Pork Fat, Saddle Back Bacon Fat, (Butchers Butter, Salt, Demerara Sugar, Sugar Cane Molasses, Sugar, Basil, Rosemary, Sage, Thyme, Parsley, Garlic Puree), Gluten Free Oats*, Water, Salt, Black Pepper.

    *Oats used in our products are gluten-free and have been specially produced,prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereals containing gluten.

  • For best results, defrost the burgers. 

    Take a castiron pan and place over a medium heat. 

    Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan. 

    Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through. 

    Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve. 

    Sizzle on a BBQ. Cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame. 

  • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
