A real 10" spun iron pan with an easily detachable handle for convenient storage and carrying, perfect for cooking outdoors.

This beautiful pan has a handmade British oak handle covers that can be removed if the pan needs to go into the oven or grill.

The more you use your pan the better it gets as the seasoned patina develops.

Serious foodies, professional chefs and the keen camper all love the way that these handmade black iron pans heat evenly and give great cooking performance.

Each pan is created unique and branded by hand. They are like fingerprints, no two are identical.

  • Suitable for high-temperature frying & browning.
  • Use on camping stoves and open fires.
  • Remove handle covers for use in oven or grill.
  • Can also be used on range stoves, electric, gas, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs.

This pan is meant to be developed with use, and if cared for correctly, will age beautifully and be a friend for life.

To re-season your cast-iron pot/pan, use Flax Oil for best results.

Weight: 1.2kg 10'' (26cm) rim diameter, 8" (20cm) base diameter, 2'' (5cm) pan height, 7.5" (19cm) handle.

Every time you use the pan, heat slowly from a low setting before selecting a high or full power. Never drop a hot pan in cold water as this will cause the pan to buckle. Only wash with hot water, do not use soap or detergent.

For best results, we suggest that you give the pan an extra seasoned coating before first use. We recommend for the very best results when re-seasoning you use Netherton Foundry flax oil (edible linseed oil).

To reseason at home, remove all wooden knobs or handles. Cover all surfaces of the bowl, lif or pan with a thin coating of the Netherton Foundry Flax Oil using a cotton cloth. Place on a rack in oven and slowly heat the oven to max temp. Once the oven is up to temperature, maintain this temperature for 40-60mins. Then switch off, allow the pan to cool and store in an airy dry place.

Once properly pre-seasoned, you are ready to use again.
