Grass Fed Lamb's Heart



Our purely grass-fed Lamb Heart is full of incredible nutrients like B vitamins and Omega 3's, it is also naturally higher in; protein, thiamine, folate, selenium, phosphorus, zinc and is a great way to rack up amino acids that can improve metabolism. 

Try stuffing the lamb heart or cooking simply and serving like a steak. 

Each heart weighs approximately 100g.

Simply slice the lambs heart an quickly pan fry.

Alternatively cut the lambs heart along one side and fill with your choice of stuffing. Tie the heart together and place in a casserole dish with a good glug of stock and wine.

Place in a preheated oven set to 150C and slow cook for four hours until the meat is tender.

Your meat will arrive frozen.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
