Sweet and soft with a light and fluffy texture, a delicious brioche loaf adds a touch of  decadence to your breakfast. Made using the classic French recipe and left to rise for 22 hours, ensuring the enriched dough retains its delicate and almost pastry-like texture. Brioche can be enjoyed in both sweet and savoury contexts, but we love to enjoy it slathered with sweet strawberry jam.
