Pasta that is straight from Heaven. This variety of angel hair pasta is wonderfully delicate. Its long, skinny strands are best paired with light sauces. Bronze cut & slowly dried, this is pasta that is truly something special.

Add to all manner of pasta dishes - a lovely addition to any soups or perhaps just mixed in with a light salad, this is a refreshing style of pasta.

The whole operation from farm to shipment is in undertaken in under three miles, using ancient grains and the ancient stone-ground method. Mixed with soft Dartmoor water, it is then shaped and bronze cut. The resulting pasta is a wonderful mix of both traditional and cutting-edge contempory and is wonderful tasting.

The South Devon Pasta Co. is the brainchild of well-known and much loved llocal business to Devon, the Fresh Flour company. The natural next step when it comes to good flour is, as everyone knows, pasta. South Devon Pasta Co.'s pasta is very special - it is made with ancient and interesting grains, freshly milled, bronze cut and air dried. This results in pasta being made from a truly special grain which then leads onto an extremely nutrient-rich pasta that is as good for the soul as it is to taste.

The flour is made from a 100% naturally grown non-synthetic grain. It is also stone-ground and pretty much as fresh as it can get. It's bagged and used that day for making pasta & other dried good. From their emmer grain to their einkorn wheat, their flour far surpasses any other in the UK.

Like us here at Pipers, South Devon Pasta Co. believes that farmers are the key to the quality of the soil and the nutrient level that is within soil. The taste and the quality comes though in their pasta as they make sure that the whole grain system works.
