These twisted morsels of delight are a fantastic addition to any stock cupboard. The ancient wheat emmer is rich in fibre, protein, minerals, carotenoids, antioxidant compounds and vitamins. 

Emmer wheat makes excellent pasta due to it's low dough extensibility as it is higher in crude protein. A fantastic source of protein, emmer wheat tastes of hazelnut, toasted walnut, leather and dark chocolate. None of the amazing nutritional and health benefits of this grain are lost in the milling process, the wholegrain flour that is used in this pasta is rich in fibre and minerals and are renown to be healthier than conventional refined flours. 

Utterly delightful in any fresh pasta salad, we like ours with fresh pesto and succulent chicken. 


Cook in boiling, salted water for 8 minutes, or until al dente. 

Store in a cool, dry place.
