About our Venison Burgers

Our Venison Burgers are packed full of flavour and are incredibly nutritious. Venison is incredibly lean, high in omega 3 and protein and very low in cholesterol. We only use the finest all-natural ingredients in our handmade burgers.  

All our venison is reared amongst a stunning ancient backdrop, just four miles from Pipers Farm. Our herd of venison are wild, roaming the ancient parkland where they eat a totally natural diet of forage, pasture and mast. We hang all of our venison for 12 days to bring out a proper depth of flavour, without the meat becoming overly gamey. 

Our Venison burgers are gluten-free.

Notes from the kitchen

To cook in a pan.

Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat.

Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until cooked through.

You can also cook the burgers in the oven.

Place the burgers on an oven tray and into a pre-heated oven set at 180C. Bake for 35-40 minutes from frozen or 15 from fresh.
