We love this tasty soup as it's packed full of tummy-loving ingredients that provide a speedy way to nurture your gut.
Organic chicken bones from birds that are free ranging, are simmered for 24 hours to create a collagen-rich broth, added to the broth are an array of the finest vegetables, along with a good helping of ginger and tumeric.
Carrot, Chicken Bone Broth (Filtered Spring Water, Chicken Bones, Onions, Carrots, Apple Cider Vinegar), Filtered Spring Water, Sweet Potato, Leeks, Coconut Oil, Ginger, Pink Himalayan Salt, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper
Soup can be cooked from frozen or defrosted.
Place the pouch in a good sized mixing bowl and leave on the kitchen worktop over night.
Remove the packaging and place into a saucepan set to a medium-low heat. Once the soup has defrosted and turned into liquid, turn the heat up and bring to a simmer. Simmer for around 5 minutes and serve piping hot.
Place a saucepan on a medium heat and gently warm through the soup for about 5 minutes until it gently simmers.
Try adding miso or our fava bean umami paste to create a nourishing and restorative drink.
