When our Saddleback diced pork is slow cooked it is as tender as can be, with the fantastic open-grained texture you'd expect from pork shoulder.
Make curries, casseroles and a whole host of fantastic feasts, our diced pork is a versatile staple to keep in the freezer.
Perfect for slow cooking in all manner of dishes.
Take a cast iron casserole pan and fry the diced pork with a little oil until lightly browned.
Add your chosen ingredients and plenty of liquid then cook for at least one hour for beautifully tender meat.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
