These firey sausages encapsulate all of the classic jerk flavours. All they need is the lick of a flame from the BBQ to further enhance their incredible flavour.

Made with our Saddleback pork, gluten-free oats and a pinch of salt and pepper, our classic sausage meat is carefully balanced with our own handmade jerk mix, creating a firey sausage.  

Bake in the oven, pan fry or sizzle on the hot coals of the barbecue.

Your meat will arrive frozen.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
