Romesco sauce is rich with roasted red peppers and smokey paprika, as well as packed full of toasted almonds, piquant balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
It goes so well with barbecued or roasted fish, like Monkfish or Sea Bass, but equally, it's delicious with our grass fed beef. It's great option to pair with your surf and turf!
