Butford Organic's blend together the juice from Blackeney Red and Coppy pears to produce a perry that is clear and crisp with a soft mellow flavour.
We believe Butford Organics produces some of the finest Perry Cider in the country. This Perry is so easy drinking, totally different to the overly sweet Perry's that have come before.
Magical when enjoyed as part of a sunny barbecue, a total crowd-pleaser.
When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Cider and perry run through the heart of Butford Farm Organics. Janet & Martin Harris have been producing beautifully, naturally grown food for the past 20 years, ensuring that every single product that leaves their site is produced in a sustainable and environmentally-friendly way.
Herefordshire is renown for cider production so it was an easy decision for the Harris family to continue this great tradition by using the apples and pears grown in their orchards. Using their 300-year old cider mill which resides at the heart of their family-run property, they have been churning out great quality products. This quality is down to their principle of 'nature knows best', meaning that they only use the freshly pressed juices fermented with wild yeasts.
Every single part of the production process for their award-winning perry's and ciders are done by the Harris family, ensuring strict quality control form the harvesting to the bottle-ing - all to guarantee that that satisfying glass of cider is as perfect as it can be.
