An elegant, unrefined and unfiltered sparkling wine produced by Castlewood Vineyard in South Devon. This stunning wine expresses the very essence of both grape varieties from which it is made- Chardonnay and Bacchus in a generous yet crisp mineral style.
A true expression of Castlewood terroir in its purest form. Castlewood sparkling wines undergo traditional method secondary fermentation for a minimum of eighteen months before release.
Its purity and precision makes Brut Nature a perfect partner for chicken or seafood.
Nose: Bright aromas of elderflower and fresh-cut grass.
Palate: Green citrus fruits and ripe lemons with a flinty minerality.
ABV: 12%

Storage Information
For bottles with corks, be sure to store your wine horizontally in a wine rack. Keeping wine on its side helps keep the cork moist, which is key for long-term storage, as a dried out cork can cause seepage and premature aging.
While it’s not necessary to keep screw top wine bottles on their sides, horizontal storage is nevertheless an efficient way to store your wines for maximum space and easy access.
