From the vigorous vineyards of Germany comes this outstanding natural wine, which is full of character and genuine organic quality. Created by Brand brothers Daniel and Jonas, their wild vineyards and exceptional wines proudly flaunt their unique method of growing and harvesting grapes - surrounded by incredible flora and fauna.
This Reisling is beautifully tangy with underlying sweetness. With fresh flavours of lemon, peach and grapefruit, this light bodied white is perfectly suited to any chicken, pork or seafood dish of your choosing. Using fruit from their top vineyard sites, this wine is dry, textured and creamy.
Nose: Zesty citrus and kiwifruit.
Palate: Hint of flintiness with a beautifully persistent mouth.
For bottles with corks, be sure to store your wine horizontally in a wine rack. Keeping wine on its side helps keep the cork moist, which is key for long-term storage, as a dried out cork can cause seepage and premature aging.
While it's not necessary to keep screw top wine bottles on their sides, horizontal storage is nevertheless an efficient way to store your wines for maximum space and easy access.

The Brand family’s production of wine is decidedly unique in a multitude of ways. Daniel and Jonas are business partners/brothers/all-round pioneers in the world of natural wine production as they quietly experiment in their corner of Germany. As 5th generation winemakers, they know that in order to create good quality wines and vines, they need to focus upon what came first in the chain of command - namely, soil quality.
When Daniel first brought organic production to their family farm in 2007, this was a step in the right direction, but he knew that he needed to go further. With Jonas’ help, they started producing wines without sulphur in 2014. With their youthful energy and careful precision, the Brand brothers care for their 16 hillside hectares with gusto and their natural wines are second to none.
As one of the coolest climate sites in the Pfalz, the Brand brothers are often working with the elements. The weather is influenced by the nearby Donnersberg Mountains and being situated in the valley means that it is fairly breezy - helping to keep the vines clear of mildew. These organically grown vineyards are the pride and joy of both Brothers as they are creating a flourishing polyculture surrounding these vines. The ecological management of the land is gained through their thriving wild herbs and wildflowers that grow underneath their vines to promote healthy soil and grapes. The result is beautiful natural wines which are organically grown and free from sulphur.
Their youthful exuberance and family spirit is clear to see from their colourful labels, unique wines, and passion for biodynamics. Their careful cultivation makes for truly soulful wines, and if that’s not enough to convince you of their individuality - their grandmother hand draws the labels for their bottles. Other wines wish they could be this cool.
