Our Properly Free Range chicken liver is perfect for making pâté, terrines or simply tossed in a pan and tumbled over a vibrant salad.
High in protein and jam-packed with important vitamins, our chicken liver makes a really healthy nutritious meal.
Place a little butter in a hot pan.
To the pan add some sliced onions and cook off for about five minutes.
Lightly season the sliced liver and add to the pan.
Cook for no more than three minutes.
Leave to rest and serve pink.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Our Properly Free range chickens grow slowly to 12 or 13 weeks old, at least double the length of intensively reared birds, and longer still than most free-range and organic chickens.
We kill each chicken individually by hand on the farm where they have been living, which means they never have to travel anywhere.
