  • This classic slow cooked beef bone broth has been combined with a careful blend of organic maca root and sea spaghetti.

Maca can help promote increased energy and is in a unique class of plants called adaptogens – they can help balance, restore and protect the body.

Sea spaghetti, a brown seaweed long used in cooking, contains iodine and magnesium and has antioxidizing, anti-inflammatory properties.

The beef broth is slow cooked for up to 24 hours using Organic, Grass Fed beef bones with addition the of raw apple cider vinegar, which helps facilitate the release of; collagen, amino acids, calcium, gelatine, magnesium, phosphorous, and potassium.

    Just heat, sip and enjoy.

  • Bone Broth can be cooked from frozen or defrosted. Once defrosted it cannot be refrozen.

    To Defrost

Place the pouch in a good sized mixing bowl and leave on the kitchen worktop over night.

    To Cook

    From frozen:

Remove the packaging and place into a saucepan set to a medium-low heat. Once the stock has defrosted and turned into liquid, turn the heat up and bring to a simmer. Simmer for around 5 minutes and serve piping hot.

    From defrosted:

Place a saucepan on a medium heat and gently warm through the broth for about 5 minutes until it gently simmers.

Try adding miso or our fava bean umami paste to create a nourishing and restorative drink.
