Our free range Geese reach natural maturity roaming our orchards and fields. They are slow-grown on a simple diet of lush Devon grass & whole wheaT - and nothing else!
We pluck them by hand and hang them for two weeks to mature for that succulent taste. The result is an incomparable texture and wonderful depth of flavour.
Our free range poultry is naturally reared, so weights are not absolutely precise.
