Our Ox Liver comes from our slow-grown, purely grass-fed Red Ruby cattle.

We grow our Red Rubies naturally in a totally healthy environment, so they only eat lush Devon grass. This results in wonderful wholesome healthy food.

Ox Liver offers significant amounts of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

How to cook ox liver

Liver tends to get rubbery and unpleasant when overcooked (we bet more we're not alone at shuddering at the memory of tough, rubbery grey liver we were once fed with as children, yuk!), so resist the temptation to preserve to leave it too long in the pan to preserve its delicate texture.
