Full of character and with a generous ratio of fat, Pipers Farm pork shoulder is definitely a contender for one of the best joints for a Sunday roast. We believe every mouthful of our meat should be completely pleasurable and so we only want to give you guys the good stuff.

That's why our butchers firstly remove the shoulder bone but then continue to separate each of the shoulder muscles and trim any excess fat or gristle. The meticulously trimmed muscles are then placed back together and wrapped up in pork skin, making life simple for you as it will now carve beautifully.

A traditional breed of pig was a must when founding Pipers Farm, and after much deliberation the Saddleback have made their home here with us so we could produce free range pork in the traditional way. Well known for the distinct saddle around its belly, this breed creates the most succulently moist meat when grown slowly.
