Because our Saddleback pigs lead a totally natural stress-free life, there is simply no need for us to use any antibiotics. Our pigs liver is about as pure as you can get. 

Wonderful rich nourishing food for you to savour. 

How to cook

Take a good heavy pan, we like to use cast iron. Gently heat and add a tiny drop of oil. 

Add your Saddleback Pigs Liver and pan fry for 1-2 minutes on each side.
