Our Saddleback Gammon is traditionally brine cured and air dried to create a wonderful flavour and sublime texture.
We remove the bone from each gammon to make carving super simple.
You can choose to have your Gammon either unsmoked or oak smoked.
We work with legendary Brown & Forrest, a small family-run smoke house based in Somerset. Our Oak Smoked Gammons are cold smoked over oak chips in their traditional wood-fired kiln.
