Hi, I'm Connor Reed
I'm originally from Hertfordshire. I moved down to the West Country six years ago to explore the abundance of wild food surrounding this part of the country and how to use it in the kitchen.
Before landing at Pipers Farm, I first started working at River Cottage HQ where I soon became Sous Chef and a Cookery Tutor. I have always lived with a philosophy of being inspired by natural ingredients. My deep connection to how food is produced has shaped my career as a chef. I am inspired by seasonal cooking, working directly with farmers, growers and fishermen that all have the same ethos - to produce food in the most ethical and natural way as possible.Book Now Book Now
