Try our warming recipe of chicken with ginger and cashews, sure to boost your immune system during the cold winter months.
A small knob of fresh ginger, diced
A handful of cashews
Small bunch of coriander, roughly torn
2 tbsp Tamarind or Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
150ml Pure Chicken Stock
1 Green pepper diced
500g Free Range Chicken Stir Fry
How many for?
1. In a solid pan or Wok add the sesame oil and either soy or tamarind sauce.
2. Throw in the ginger and chicken, toss around the pan for about 1 minute.
3. Add the diced green pepper and stock, toss in the pan for a further minute.
4. Scatter over the cashews and coriander.
