This heavy-duty 12" skillet has been designed for all the steak lovers out there who want a pan that can handle some serious heat. Ramp it up and get the perfect char on your ribeyes, sirloins and rumps; gorgeous surface caramelisation for the best look, best tasting steak that you can imagine.
This beautiful, unique pan is handmade from spun iron and British oak and adorned with brass fixings.

When using this pan remember to oil the food not the pan and allow the food to come up to room temperature.
Your pan will develop with use and, if care for, will age beautifully and be a friend for life.
To re-season your cast-iron pot/pan, use Flax Oil for best results.

Every time you use the pan, heat slowly from a low setting before selecting a high or full power. Never drop a hot pan in cold water as this will cause the pan to buckle. Only wash with hot water, do not use soap or detergent.
For best results, we suggest that you give the pan an extra seasoned coating before first use. We recommend for the very best results when re-seasoning you use Netherton Foundry flax oil (edible linseed oil).
To reseason at home, remove all wooden knobs or handles. Cover all surfaces of the bowl, lif or pan with a thin coating of the Netherton Foundry Flax Oil using a cotton cloth. Place on a rack in oven and slowly heat the oven to max temp. Once the oven is up to temperature, maintain this temperature for 40-60mins. Then switch off, allow the pan to cool and store in an airy dry place.
Once properly pre-seasoned, you are ready to use again.
