This Baby Baronet is a British twist on the classic French Reblochon from the Savoie region of France. Rich, creamy and full bodied in flavour, this rind of this unique cheese is washed regularly for 4 weeks to enable it to give it its distinctive mottled orange colouring. Buttery and light with slight floral and cirtrus notes, this cheese works perfectly with roast beef or a simple pasta dish.
Created by Julianna Sedli in Wiltshire from her herd of Jersey cows, she starts the cheese making process almost as soon as the milking is finished so the milk is as fresh as it can be.
