 Creamy, with even blueing throughout, Bath Blue follows a traditional Stilton recipe but unlike the majority of Stiltons, each stage is done entirely by hand. Ripened in traditional stone built rooms for 2-3 months, Bath Blue has a beautiful herbaceous flavour with a creamy yet crumbly texture.

Enviably smooth with an award-winning taste, Bath Blue has a softer texture than Stilton and a citrusy note on the palate. Made using pasteurised, organic cow milk and a traditional animal rennet, this soft blue cheese is a winner in our books.

Cows' Milk, Sea Salt, Animal Rennet, Mould Culture and Starter Culture. 

Cheese Care 

It is necessary to apply a common sense approach to cheese care and respond to the cheese you have in front of you, as opposed to following rigid guidelines.

The best option is to keep the cheese wrapped in its waxed paper within a box in the fridge. The container will help to prevent the cheese from drying out and prevent the cheese from absorbing flavours.

Our cheese boxes are sent out with 7 days shelf-life.
