The mung beans are soaked overnight before being slowly simmering with ginger, turmeric and mustard seeds. This hearty dhal is then finished with whole-leaf spinach and carrots.

Water, Mung Beans, Carrot, Spinach, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Chillies, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds (MUSTARD), Ground Coriander, Tumeric, Red Chilli Flakes.
Best defrosted before cooking.
Pour the dhal into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occassionally.
Serve with flat breads.
