Why we love this
Product details
A fabulous natural Muscadet that ages phenomenally well.
This cuvée is a marriage of two types of soil encountered on the Domaine des Cognettes estate, the warmer and harsher granite and the richer and later gabbro.
The pressing is carried out in whole bunches, the fermentation is carried out with the natural environment of the grape, with very little sulphites and without fining.
A marriage of complicity and harmony to be enjoyed at any time. Best served with light chicken dishes, refreshing salads or with seafood. Serve chilled for the best expression.
Nose: A seductive combination of white fruits and small spring flowers.
Palate: The Melon de Bourgogne grapes from which the wine is made impart flavours of lime, lemon, green apple and pear. Crispness comes through at the end to give a bright aftertaste with plenty of acidity.
ABV: 12%
