  • This Properly Free Range Confit Turkey Leg from our friends at FieldGoods is a deliciously simple option for your festive menu.

Making confit is an ancient practice developed in France as a way of preserving fatty meats. And the process doesn't just preserve; it intensifies the flavour too.

Our hand-plucked Bronze Turkey Leg is slowly cooked in our own Free Range Goose Fat, with garlic, rosemary and thyme until perfectly tender. Served with sweet apricot and hazelnut stuffing, this dish offers all the taste of Christmas with none of the hassle.

In today’s busy world, finding nourishing food that combines flavour, ethics and convenience can be challenging. Thankfully, Sam and Elliot Day, the founders of FieldGoods, are here to help. They are on a mission to provide delicious, sustainable, thoughtfully-produced ready meals straight to your dinner table.

FieldGoods meal packaging consists of trays and sleeves made from responsibly sourced plant-based materials. These eco-friendly containers can be composted or thrown into your food bin, where they will naturally break down and become plant food. Alternatively, you can wash them and recycle them.
