Our classic diced lamb is the perfect ingredient for so many hearty slow-cooked dishes, from tagines to curries and everything in between.
With a proper depth of flavour enhanced by hanging our lamb for at least three weeks, our diced lamb holds its own against even the fieriest flavours. A good partner for rich, robust and aromatic accompaniments. Our diced lamb makes an ideal freezer staple.

Take a cast iron casserole pan and fry the diced lamb with a little oil until lightly browned.
Add your chosen ingredients and plenty of liquid then cook for at least one hour for beautifully tender meat.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
