Delicious in summer salads, or autumnal one-pots, our free range chicken thighs make such a brilliant kitchen staple.
Properly Free Range Chicken
Preheat your oven to 180C
Season the flesh and the skin of the thighs.
Take a good sized roasting dish and place the thighs snugly inside.
Roast in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
Alternatively you can slow cook the chicken thighs by submerging them in our prure chicken stock and popping them into an oven set at 150C for at least an hour.
Our boneless chicken thighs can also be cooked on the BBQ. Simply give the thighs a generous season. Place them on the BBQ away from any direct flame and cook for 15-20 minutes until they are lightly charred and cooked all the way through.
