    Our Properly Free Range Turkey Mince has a real depth of flavour, it can take the addition of spices and herbs to enhance and intensify the flavour. 

    We take time to develop real depth of flavour, our birds to grow slowly and eat a wholesome, healthy diet. We hang each bird for 12 days, this creates the unique flavour we have become famous for. 

    Whether it's a vibrant Turkey larb salad or a spicy Turkey basil stir-fry, the possibilities are endless. Dive into the world of healthy turkey cooking and let your taste buds explore the vibrant flavours.

    Our Turkey Mince is a lean and versatile option that's packed with protein and lower in fat than other meats, it's a staple for health-conscious cooks.

  • Free Range Turkey

  • To make handmade turkey burgers, add the turkey mince to a mixing bowl along with some chopped herbs, finely diced onions, an egg yolk (optional), a pinch of salt and pepper, and a small handful of gluten-free oats.

    Mix together and make sure all the ingredients are evenly dispersed.

    Shape into burger patties and fry for three minutes on each side, or until the juices run from pink to clear.

  • All of our meat is delivered frozen ready to pop straight into your freezer, once defrosted these can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
